This U.S. Open should producer higher scores, says USGA

Rory McIlroy won with a whopping 16-under 268 last year at Congressional, but don't expect scores like that this year. Already, USGA officials are predicting that the Olympic Club will offer up the hardest start ever in a U.S. Open.
